Snapchat got a Sound feature in 2020 which allows us to add music to our photos (photos or videos). You can find most popular songs, although it doesn’t cover every song, you can easily add music to Snapchat videos.

Step 1: Visit the Audio section of Snapchat
First, launch the Snapchat app. Tap the camera icon to start recording.
This way, you can record any video you want on Snapchat using the back or front camera of your device. After recording a video, you can tap the music icon in the sidebar to add a song to the Snapchat video.
Step 2: Find Music to Add to Your Snap
As soon as you tap the music icon, you’ll be shown a list of the various songs that Snapchat supports.
To find a specific song, tap the search icon and enter a keyword. Once the search results are listed, first tap the play icon to listen to the song. Then simply tap on the song icon and tap on the “Next” button from the bottom to enter it.
Step 3: Trim Fragments and Add to Your Snapchat Videos
Snapchat will automatically show a snippet of music at the bottom after your action. You can use the swipe left or right option to trim the part of the music you want to add. You can also tap the play icon to preview the track.
Step 4: Add Music to Your Snapchat Video After Recording
That’s all you have to do. Once you’ve trimmed the music to your liking, you can stream it. You can tap the shutter button or download icon first to save the video to your phone.
