For this we will have to press the Windows + R key combination, which will open the “Run” dialog box and in this, we will type “dxdiag” and press “Enter”.

When the diagnostic tool starts, we will go to the “Display” tab and check if the 3 DirectX functions are enabled.

In case the functions are disabled, then we must proceed to install DirectX again.

Update drivers

Obviously, corrupt or outdated drivers can also cause these kinds of problems, causing a computer to not function at its maximum efficiency. In order to update drivers in Windows , third-party software is generally used to replace old and damaged drivers.

Reset BIOS

A misconfigured BIOS is also capable of causing a blue screen on your computer. With this in mind, if all of the above is not able to solve the problem, we will have to reinstall all the BIOS settings.

The first thing will be to access the BIOS. This will depend on the manufacturer, generally it is by restarting the computer and pressing the F8 or Del key. On some computers, you will see the keys to access the BIOS as soon as you start the computer. In any case, you should check it out on Google.
